Quality Inn Merrimack - Nashua

The hotel was a great base for our skydiving adventure, just a short drive to the drop zone. I enjoyed the cozy feel of our non-smoking room, and my family loved the tasty breakfast spread.

My kids wished for a pool to cool off after our activities. That would have been a nice addition for families like ours.

The room with the ac on high. It was large and had essentials I needed.

Quite, good breakfast.

Decent. Under construction a little hectic, but finished kitchen and sitting area are nice. staff: Chrissy- epic. Always willing to help from room maintenance to fixing the laundry. Conversational and friendly. Linda- motivated house keeper who was knowledgeable, happy and always willing to help. Jeremiah- Excellent multitasking skills and dedication to his job. Knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. Ankita- rude. Tried to be helpful but had such an attitude that any situation could go from carnival happy to funeral mourning mood REAL quick. Did I mention rude? Kristina- she was training and I understand that. But if those are your best cleaning skills you might want to consider hiring a house cleaner rather than being one. Just saying.

Greatest should have been better

Everything was great, marvellous location just off restaurants as well as the Merrimack outlets and other shopping malls, helpful staff. The room was brand-new and spotless with the ac on high. Had all necessary amenities, a mini refrigerator, a storage and a TV.

My stay was pleasant. I found the room in fairly clean condition. There was a towel on the back of the bathroom door, used and the back of the main door was dirty, like a coffee or pop splatter. There was a generous breakfast each morning...however seating was scarce at the near end of the breakfast hours. I would recommend it to friends if asked. The price was reasonable.

I had a visitor who came to see us...but because of the language barrier the communication was unclear. That being said, the visitor called my cell phone to find we had left the area already. We missed seeing each other.

The kids loved the LEGO table during breakfast, and we appreciated the outdoor seating area for some relaxation after a day out. A small downside was some broken bag carts in the lobby, but overall, it met our needs just fine 😊

Only 2 floors but no elevator

The location is fantastic, right on Rt 3. The room wassuper clean and cozy, offering great value for the price. The staff were friendly.

Some water pressure issues.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the queen room, plus a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave. Ideal, excellent location in Merrimack, adjacent to outlets, Boston too and the airport.

I appreciated the inviting lobby with soft carpeting. The overall accessibility throughout Quality Inn Merrimack, Nashua.

More seating in breakfast area would enhance comfort.

I have stayed at quite a few Comfort Inn's but this one has been of the best ones. They were very helpful with directions and their morning breakfast was real good, you had a lot more to choose from, like scramble eggs, bagels which a lot of the Comfort Inn's have stopped doing.
